Mark Casto 0:00
This is the Mark Casto program where we challenge the old champion the new, and call the builders to rise. We blend prophetic insight, grounded truth and real wisdom to awaken identity, activate purpose and unleash Kingdom entrepreneurs into their God given destiny. Now I want to ask you something that most people never think about, what if the pain in your body isn't just physical, what if the tightness in your chest, that fatigue that won't lift, that tension in your neck that keeps showing up? What if it's not just about aging or stress or posture. What if your body is trying to tell you something? What if your body is not just reacting to your environment but responding to your story? And I'm going to take some time today to talk to you about something that I believe is both sacred and urgent, something that most believers have never been taught and most churches never address. Your body is not just flesh and blood. It's a scroll, a library, a living witness of everything you've lived through and everything God wrote into your design before you were born, and the truth is, your body remembers not just the trauma, not just the pain, but also the eternal blueprint of who you were always meant to be. And I'm not just here to talk theology today. I'm not just here to talk about wellness. I want to invite you into a prophetic conversation between your past and your potential, between the aches of your story and the assignment of your spirit. So wherever you're listening, driving in the car, sitting with your journal, or pacing the kitchen with your earbuds in, I want you to pause for a moment.
Take a breath
and let this thought sink in your body remembers Eden, and deep within your cells is the memory of union, peace and purpose. You ready to go deeper?
Let's start with the natural before we dive into the supernatural. So over the last 30 years, neuroscience, trauma studies, epigenetic epigenetics have begun to uncover something really powerful and really something that's not new, it's actually ancient. Your body stores memories, not just your brain your body. That means your pain doesn't just live in your past. It lives in your posture. It lives in your gut. It lives in your muscle tension, in your chronic fatigue in your nervous system. Let me give you some examples. Dr John Sarno. He's a professional of Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU. He became world renowned not for new surgery techniques, but for discovering a connection between chronic pain and repressed emotion. And he began to notice a really strange pattern. Patients with intense back pain, herniated discs or muscle spasms, often had no structural damage. MRIs looked fine. There was no visible issue, but they were in agony. So Sarno began asking deeper questions. He looked at their stress levels, their trauma history, their emotional makeup, and what he found blew the medical community's mind. Many patients with chronic pain weren't injured. They were emotionally overwhelmed. He called it TMS tension, my own neural syndrome. In short, the brain was creating pain in the body as a defense Megan mechanism to avoid confronting deeply repressed emotions. So in other words, the pain wasn't a malfunction, it was a messenger. Then if we look at Dr Bruce Lipton, he's a stem cell biologist and pioneer of epigenetics, the study of how your environment, beliefs and emotions affect your biology. His groundbreaking discovery that genes don't control your destiny your beliefs do. He showed that our cells respond to signals both physical and emotional. In fact, Lipton actually said your perception of the world controls your biology. Change your perception and you change your life. Because this is absolutely wild, because it means your body isn't just reacting to viruses or weather or die. It. It's also reacting to what you believe. It's, it's, it's responding to unprocessed grief, internalized shame, unforgiveness, fear and emotional suppression. So if your sub conscience believes you're not safe, your nervous system will start shutting things down like digestion, immunity, even healing. Now, compare that with proverbs. CHAPTER 17, verse 22 it says, a joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Guys. Scripture has been saying this for millennia, and then we have Dr Caroline leaf, I love Dr Caroline leaf's books. I've listened to her podcast. She's a cognitive neuroscientist, she's a believer, and she's the author of switch on your brain, and another great book, cleaning up your mental mess. And this is what she says, thoughts are real, physical things that occupy mental real estate in your brain. So when you dwell on a thought, it builds neural pathways. It creates physical structures in your brain. It literally shapes your biology. Maybe this is why Paul said in Romans, 12 two be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Because the renewing of your mind isn't just about better thinking, it's about total transformation, spirit, soul and body. So what does this mean for you? It means the body you're walking around in, the fatigue, the migraines, the gut issues, the chronic tension. It's not just medical it's not just age, and it's not your fault, but it is trying to tell you something. Guys, your body isn't lying to you. You're not lazy, you're not broken, you're not weak, you're wired for survival, and your body has done a a heroic job trying to keep you alive through pain you never asked for. But guys, now it's time to stop surviving and start healing. It's time to shift from survival mode to sonship, from protective shutdown to prophetic alignment, because while your body remembers pain, it also remembers Eden. So I want to take a moment and move from the science into scripture, because while neuroscience is helpful and trauma theory is enlightening. The Bible gives us the original blueprint. It doesn't. It doesn't just tell us what's going wrong. It shows us why and what to do about it. And so I want to walk you through some biblical teaching here that will change how you see your body, not as a burden, but as a temple. So let's go back to the Genesis pattern, where God breathed into dirt. In Genesis two, verse seven, we see the moment that man comes alive. And it says, Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. Now guys, let that sink in. You are both you are both dirt and breath. You are both earthly and eternal. You are both matter and meaning. And the first thing God ever did with your body was fill it with himself. The body isn't a prison. It's a partner. It's not a problem. It's a part of the purpose. Your body was never meant to be the enemy. It was designed to be the Temple of union. So this theme you can see all throughout the Old Testament, in Exodus, God commands Moses to build the tabernacle, an earthly, physical place, so that he could dwell among his people. Then in First Kings, you see Solomon builds a temple, and the glory of God fills the house so strongly that the priest couldn't even stand to minister. And then Paul drops a bombshell in the New Testament in First Corinthians, chapter six, verse 19, when he says, Do you not know that the body, your body, is the temple of the Holy Spirit. So let's pause here. God doesn't live in temples made by hands anymore. He lives in you. Your body is the tabernacle. Now your nervous system is the ark. Your breath is incense. Your bones are beams of sacred wood. Your blood is the inner court. So when trauma hits your body, when stress and shame and anxiety try to take over, it's not just a physical issue, it's an. Asian of sacred space. Guys, you and I were designed to host glory. And anything less than that is illegal occupancy. See when we come to Jesus, John 114 says, And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. That word dwelt there is actually the same as our English word tabernacled. So God moved into a body. Now I want you to hear what I'm about to say, because I want to break this down for you in a way you probably never thought about it, but God moved into a body. He didn't hover over humanity from the clouds. He entered into our biology. He wrapped himself in skin and nerves and hormones and tears. He sweated, he wept, he bled. And in doing so, he didn't just redeem your soul, he sanctified the human body. And see, this is why the early church fought so hard against Gnosticism, because Gnostics believe the body was evil and only the spirit was good, because that's not Christianity. The Gospel says your body is good, your body is holy, your body is worthy of redemption. Now I want you to listen really closely here. When Jesus went to the cross, He didn't just carry sin, conceptually. He carried sin, trauma, sickness and shame in his body. Isaiah, 53, verses four and five say, surely he has borne our grieves and carried our sorrows and by his wounds, we are healed. Guys. He didn't just suffer emotionally. He suffered physically to the point of cellular breakdown. He was disfigured beyond recognition. And this matters because it means that Jesus understands your trauma, not just in theory, but in tissue. He didn't just take your guilt, he took the somatic weight of shame. He took your tremblings, he took your migraines, he took your insomnia, he took your inflammation, he took the thing you've been battling silently for years, and he carried it in his flesh.
But he didn't just stop there. No. Three days later, he rose in a glorified body, not a spirit floating in the clouds, not an angel with wings, a physical transformed body, complete with scars. Now why does this matter? Because the resurrection is not just about going to heaven. It's about the restoration of all things, including our physical bodies. Look at Romans, 811, Romans, chapter eight, verse 11, says, If the Spirit of Him who raised Christ from the dead lives in you. He will also give life to your mortal bodies. Guys, your body is not disposable. Your body is a part of the redemptive plan. It's not an afterthought. It's a temple for eternity. So what's the point? Here's what I want you to hear today. You are not a spirit trapped in a body. You are a whole being, body, soul and spirit made in the image of God. And when trauma hits your body, when fatigue won't lift, when pain lingers for years. That doesn't mean you're broken beyond repair. It means you're brought your body is crying out to be realigned with heaven's blueprint. And when you begin to see your body the way God sees it, sacred, beautiful and worthy of attention, healing begins to flow. So we've talked about science, we've talked about the sacredness of the body. Now let's go even deeper to the theology of trauma and the fullness of salvation. Because many believers have been taught their salvation is only for their souls. But guys, that's only 1/3 of the story. When Jesus came to redeem, or what Jesus came to redeem, I should say, was not just your eternity, but your embodiment. So I want to break that down for you. So in Genesis chapter three, we see the entrance of what many people call sin. But notice what happens. Adam and Eve eat from the tree, and immediately their bodies react. Their eyes are opened, they feel shame, they hide, they cover themselves, they go into survival mode. Sound familiar. That's trauma, behavior. What happened in Eden wasn't just theological, it was. Physiological the fall introduced fear and shame and disconnection and self protection into the human nervous system because of Adam's delusions, and from that moment on, the body became a battleground, not just the mind, the body, where there had once been union and Peace Now there was bracing, withdrawing and guarding, even childbirth, a deeply embodied experience became painful, and this is key guys. The enemy knew that if he could disrupt your body, he could distort your identity, because when your body doesn't feel safe, you don't feel free to trust, to connect or to dream. And I tell people this all the time, sickness and disease is a marker of who we are to be as sons and daughters. It's a marker, and it causes us to feel unsafe, and we can't dream, we can't cast vision, we can't speak about solutions for global problems, because we don't feel free to trust, to connect or to dream when we feel unsafe, when we're in pain. See, David knew this battle. David was a warrior, a poet and a prophet. He understood how trauma touched the body. Psalm 32 verse three and four, says, When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long for day and night, Your hand was heavy upon me. My strength was dried up as by the heat of summer. David was describing embodied torment, a body weighed down by unspoken sin, grief and stress. He also wrote in Psalm six, verse two, Be gracious to me. Oh Lord for I am languishing. Heal me. O Lord for my bones are troubled. Guys. This isn't metaphor. This is a man feeling the weight of inner conflict in his body. Do you remember the story of Elijah? After calling down fire from heaven, he finds himself running from Jezebel, hiding in a cave, and saying, it is enough now, O Lord, take away my life. Guys, that's suicidal despair. But what does God do? He doesn't give him a sermon, he doesn't rebuke his emotions. He sends an angel with a meal and tells him to rest guys. That's what trauma care looks like. Food, rest, presence. And sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is eat, sleep and stop trying to fix yourself, because God isn't just after your calling. He wants wholeness in your nervous system. So when Jesus came, He entered into our trauma and he carried it in his body. We often say He bore our sin, and that's true, but Isaiah, 53 gives us more detail. Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows. Yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities, and upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and by his stripes or with his wounds, we are healed. Now take a moment and let's unpack that. Grief is emotional pain. Sorrow is mental anguish. Chastisement for our peace, that's a psychological restoration and wounds for our healing, that is physical redemption. Guys, listen to me. He carried every layer of human suffering, body, mind and spirit. And when He said, It is finished. He wasn't just closing the chapter on sin, he was opening the door to complete wholeness. See, salvation isn't a sinners prayer, it's a restored humanity. See, the Greek word for salvation is sozo, which means saved, healed, delivered, made whole. It's not about praying a prayer and waiting for heaven in eternity. It's about receiving a new way of being human. Romans 823 says we ourselves who are the first fruits of the Spirit, grown inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons the redemption of our bodies. Did you catch that? Even now, your body is groaning for full redemption, and the Spirit of God is not ignoring your pain. He's groaning with you. See, many of you. Listening today have labeled yourself as broken, but what if the anxiety, the tension, the fatigue, isn't your body malfunctioning, but your body remembering Eden, your trauma may explain your pain, but it doesn't define your identity, because there's another memory buried deeper than the abuse, deeper than the betrayal, deeper than the failure, and it's this. I was created for union. I was created to be glorious. I was created to walk with God in the cool of the day, and every part of me is being called back into that design.
So we've talked about the science, we've looked at the theology. Now I want to step into a mystery, a space where scripture and spirit and science kind of I believe they converge. Because if the body stores pain, and if the body carries memory, then it's not just a victim of your past, it's a witness to your future. See, your body's a scroll. Psalm 139, verse 16, says this, your eyes saw my unformed body, and all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be guys. This verse should absolutely wreck our minds, because it means that your story was written before you ever had a symptom, your purpose was carved into Heaven's blueprint before pain ever touched your skin. Guys, I've even read some things from Jewish mystics that believe something profound, that not only did God write your days in his book, but your body was a scroll of that divine design. In other words, your flesh carries the fingerprints of eternity. Guys, this isn't just poetry, it's prophetic truth. Your body carries the longing of God. Romans, eight verses, 22 through 23 says this, the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up until this present time, not only so, but we ourselves, we groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for the redemption of our bodies. Guys, your body is groaning not just from stress, not just from trauma, but a holy longing. Your Body longs to be restored to the blueprint of Eden, to union, peace, purpose, glorification. It's it's not crying out because it's defective. It's crying out because it remembers. So what if the tension that you feel is a trumpet? Have you ever wondered why your body reacts so intensely to certain situations, a smell, a sound, a tone of voice, a deadline, a trigger. That's not just biology, that's prophecy under pressure, because when something triggers a strong response in your body, it's often a signal, not of your weakness, but of purpose. Because the enemy attacks. I've seen this my entire life. The enemy attacks what carries the most prophetic weight. So if you've been at war with your body, if fatigue has stalked you, if chronic symptoms have plagued you, it might be time to stop cursing your flesh and start asking, what is my body trying to tell me about my destiny? Because if the enemy can keep you in a loop of shame and stress and shut down, he can distract you from the very place that your assignment is encoded. Now let me interrupt the episode real quick to ask you something important. What if the chronic fatigue, the burnout, the anxiety that you're feeling right now isn't just about your health, but your alignment. What if the reason you're not thriving is because you're trying to build from pain instead of from Peace? Guys, that's exactly why I created the wise builders business community. It's a 12 month coaching experience designed to help you stop trading time for money and start building a digital product business that flows from your God given wisdom, we love to help you take what's in you, your story, your skill set, your wisdom, and turn it into a thriving online business that can generate $10,000 a month. But we don't just build businesses. We build wholeness. Because I'm not interested in seeing you burn out chasing a calling you haven't healed. For if you're ready to build from your identity, from presence, and from a from a true Divine Alignment, I want you to click the link in the show notes below and book a free clarity call with me. Let's talk. Let's build. Let's walk into your into the future that your body's been. And aching for now let's go back to the mystery. What if your body remembers the future? We often think the body only remembers the past, but I want to challenge that. What if your body also remembers the future? It's a little trippy to think about, but Ecclesiastes, chapter three, verse 11, says that God has set eternity in the hearts of men. That means God didn't just write your past in his book. He implanted a GPS signal, if you will, in your soul that knows how to get home. Sometimes we call this our true north. That's why you feel a tug when you hear truth. That's why tears come when someone speaks to your identity. That's why your spirit leaps when you encounter revelation, because you were there before time, and your body has been aching to return to what it knows is true. And guys, I'm gonna say something really big, and you need to hear this. This isn't new age teaching. This is a original design, okay, this isn't some Woo, woo, mystical, Gnostic self help talk. This is Genesis theology. You are spirit. You have a soul. You live in a body. And all three were created in harmony, to operate in harmony, in peace and in divine communion. And when we separate the body from the spiritual life, we rob ourselves of full transformation. But when you embrace the body as sacred, when you bless it, when you listen to it, when you invite Jesus into it, you begin to walk in a prophetic union that changes how you pray, how you lead, how you build and how you heal. Now let me close this thought that I've been talking about the enemy's been fighting your body, not because it's weak, but because it carries the key to your divine assignment. You were made to walk tall, you were made to move freely. You were made to speak without fear, to rest without guilt, and to build without collapse. And as your body heals, so does your ability to carry the assignment that you were born for. So let's talk about rewiring the body, and let's talk about the practical path from trauma to wholeness. So we've explored science, Scripture, the prophetic nature of your body. Now I want to get extremely practical, because some of you are saying, okay, Mark, I hear you. My body's a temple. I believe it stores trauma. I believe it remembers Eden. But how do I heal? How do I move from chronic pain to peace, from fatigue to flow from trauma to trust? Guys, this part of the episode is really, really important for you. I'm going to walk you through the practical path of rewiring your nervous system, which is going to renew your biology through truth, presence and daily action. So let's start from the very basics. Safety first, healing doesn't happen in when you're in survival mode, before your body can change, it has to feel safe. Let me say that again, before your body can heal, it must feel safe. And see, your nervous system has two modes. There's the sympathetic which is your fight or flight or freeze responses, then you have the pero, or the parasympathetic, which is rest, digest, restore and guys, you cannot receive revelation, rest or restoration in a dysregulated state. So we got to start here, creating cues of safety. So here are a few ways to do that. And I know some people think, Oh, this is new age, but God created this stuff. Deep breathing. Do this, inhale four times,
hold it for four seconds, and then exhale for eight deep breathing. Deep breathing can do wonders for your nervous system. How about grounding through nature, which means just walking barefoot in the grass. Let me take the spiritual talk out of it. We people think grounding is a new age thing. No, God designed your body to connect with the earth. So walking barefoot in the grass, I had a man that I deeply loved that went through a pretty major surgery, and I wanted to see acceleration in his healing process after the surgery. And one of the things the Holy Spirit brought up into my spirit was to make sure to tell him. To ground, to get his feet in the bare grass, and accelerate the healing process, and then also learning to speak out loud, saying things like, I am safe. God is with me. I do not need to rush. One of the things that I like to say is I am healed, and I am whole by the blood of the Lamb, by his stripes, I am healed. Many times I'll speak out loud the scriptures and the truth over my life, and then worship with no agenda. Just make it about being present in His presence. And then another great thing is non goal oriented movement, like stretching or gentle walking. Guys, you don't have to fix everything in one day. Just teach your body it's okay to rest now. It's okay. Step number two is start to identify the lie that lives in the body. See, trauma, plants, belief systems that the body then reacts to so so let me give you some examples. Trauma plants, these belief systems, I'm not safe. I'm too much. No one will catch me. I must always be prepared. Rest is irresponsible. Guys, these don't live in your theology. They live in your tension, in your posture, in your pace. So ask the Holy Spirit, what lie is my body living under then wait, let a memory surface, let a phrase come, let a feeling bubble up, and then speak this out loud, Jesus, what is the truth you are speaking over this part of me now you're not just having a quiet time. You're doing prophetic somatic fear therapy, like you're rewiring from the inside out. Let me don't get lost in the prophetic or the somatic. This is the renewing of the mind. And then speak to your body. Your body's not a machine. It's not a burden, it's your ally. So speak to it. I want you to declare this body. You are not under the curse. You are under the new covenant, and I bless you to operate as God intended. I command inflammation to leave. I release peace into my cells. I release truth into my spine. I release joy into my chest. I receive Eden into my breath, guys, that's you're not being weird doing that. You're being like Jesus, who spoke to storms, to trees, to fevers, even to dead men, guys, we, as the sons and daughters of God, have to understand we carry authority over our biology. So we need to start using it. I'll tell you a big, big one, and call this step number four. If you want move rest and repattern, you can't renew your body through thought alone. You need movement, but not performance based movement. Presence based movement. Let me explain. Do some gentle stretching with worship music. Just stretch your body like bend down, touch your toes, stretch out your arms, your hamstrings, like gentle stretching with worship music. Walk and pray. Pray in the spirit while you walk. Here's here's one. My wife and I and my kids do this all the time. We just dance, dance without shame right in the house. Just put on music and just have a blast. Dance, Skip, run, spin in circles with your kids. Dance without shame. Lay on the floor and breathe like just do that breath. Work in peace and then speaking scripture while stretching, you're not working out to burn calories, you're moving to rebuild connection between body, spirit and soul. Also get off your phone before bed. Your nervous system can't downshift while scrolling through all of that mess. We call it doom. Scrolling honor your body by honoring its rhythms. That's a big one. And guys, I'm still learning a lot of this. I'm not speaking to you as an expert. I'm speaking to you as someone who's walking through this process and learning how to do this. And the big thing is, guys, you need to learn how to pair truth with tangible action. This is the key. You cannot fully rewire through thinking alone. You need behavior that reinforces the belief. So let me give you an example. If you believe I am worthy of rest, then you must actually rest, even when it feels uncomfortable. If you. Believe I am safe in God's love, then let yourself receive affection from others without deflecting it. If you truly believe I'm called to build a business, then actually take a step. Journal, the idea invest in a program, book, a strategy call every time you take action aligned with your healed identity, you anchor it in your body. Guys, this is the long game. I'm not giving you a microwave healing promise. I'm inviting you into a daily walk of embodied restoration, but I promise you this, if you commit to making your body a place of peace, clarity will come, energy will return, creativity will awaken, vision will expand, and the pain will lessen and lessen, not because of a hype formula, but because you're partnering with truth at a cellular level you're choosing to live from Eden, not from Egypt, from covenant, not cortisol, from peace, not pressure, guys. So now we gotta pivot. So you might be asking, Mark, what does all of this have to do with business? Like you said, the Mark Casto program was going to be mostly for mostly focused on entrepreneurship and business. So what does my nervous system have to do with my next launch, or what does my past trauma have to do with scaling to 10 and $20,000 months? Well, the answer is simply everything, because business isn't just strategy. It's not just content, calendars and funnel templates and posting on social media, business is embodied too. And if you're building a brand, if you're building digital product, if you're building a coaching program from a nervous system stuck in survival, you will end up burned out, frustrated, self, sabotaging your own growth. So let me break this down, every business decision you make, every risk you take, every boundary you set, every offer you price, it is filtered through one system, your nervous system, and when your nervous system is dysregulated, you under, charge you over, give you delay. Launches. You shrink in Visibility. You say yes when you should say no, you hesitate instead of hitting publish. You retreat every time growth knocks on the door. And it's not because you're unmotivated, it's because your body doesn't feel safe enough to be seen to succeed or to shine. Listen, this is where so many Kingdom entrepreneurs get it wrong. They pray for blessing, then grind like orphans trying to earn it. They they pray for clarity, but never rest long enough to receive it. They buy courses and coaching, but never address the unhealed places in their story that keep derailing momentum. Now hear me clearly. You cannot hustle your way out of trauma. You cannot build your way into identity. You cannot scale a kingdom business while neglecting the temple you've been called to build it from I want to speak some truth over you. You're not lazy, you're not disobedient, you're just misaligned.
And some of you are wearing your exhaustion like it's a trophy, guys, burnout is a signal, not a badge. Some of you are constantly tired. Your to do list is a monster. You don't remember the last time you created something from joy instead of pressure. Guys, that's not, quote, unquote, being called, that's being conditioned by the world, by religion, by Babylon, and sometimes by your own trauma. So I want to say this loud and clear, burnout isn't proof of obedience. It's proof that your body is crying out for a new blueprint. And guys, again, I'm not trying to turn this into a commercial, but I am. This does mean something to me. This is why I created wise builders, not just to help people create offers, not just just show people how to create digital products, not just teach you marketing and sales, but to raise up a new breed of entrepreneurs, kings and priests in the kingdom, people who build from identity, from knowing they are loved By God, from rest, from wisdom, from embodiment from presence, because the new era of business belongs to those who are not just smart but whole. Now let me give you a checklist, and not one that's going to add more stress to you, but just some things that you. And resonate with and things to pay attention to. I want you to think about this. You procrastinate, then binge create. You feel guilty when resting. You constantly compare yourself to others online. You're terrified to charge what you're worth. You sign clients that drain you. You feel like you're always chasing, never arriving. You launch out of panic and not peace. Guys, these aren't business problems. They're nervous system signals, and when your body doesn't feel safe, your business will reflect it. So what would it look like to be a truly embodied entrepreneur? Well, here's my definition. An embodied entrepreneur is someone who builds their business with full alignment between spirit, soul and body. They create from Peace, they sell from integrity, they scale from overflow, and they honor their body as the sacred vessel that hosts the glory of God and the wisdom of heaven. These are the people who last. These are the people who lead with clarity. These are the people who build not just for income, but for impact and inheritance. So let me tell you something bold before you buy another course, before you hire another agency, before you redo your website again. Ask your body, do I feel safe to succeed? Am I building from fear or from Union? Because I've seen it over and over again when a client stops working against their body, their creativity returns, their energy increases, their clarity sharpens, their message deepens, and their income starts to match their identity. Guys, you don't need to do more. You need to come back into alignment. So now we've come to the sacred part of this episode. We've taught, we've learned, we've unlearned, we've remembered Eden, we've honored the body, we've confronted the trauma. Now it's time to invite the Holy Spirit into the temple of your being, your body, your emotions, your nervous system, your memory. Because what good is all of this knowledge if we don't encounter him here? So I want to shift gears. This is not performance. This is not hype. I want to enter into holy ground. So if you're able, want you to stop what you're doing. Want you to sit down or lie down. I want to, I want you to put your hand over your heart or or on your stomach, and I want to walk you through this. I want to walk you through a time of prayer, Holy Spirit. You've been here all along, but now in this moment, I acknowledge you as the healer, the great counselor, the breath of God, the One who hovered over the void and brought order. And would you now hover over this body, this temple, and bring peace where there's been chaos. I invite you to do this Holy Spirit, and I want you to take a moment and repeat after me or just or maybe just listen and receive this. But I speak over your body. I bless you. You're not a burden, you're not broken, you're not a mistake, you're not cursed, you're not forgotten. You are not a project. You are sacred, you are holy, you are good, and you are home. And I speak this over you, may there be grace for you to release the pain that you've stored. Maybe repeat this. I release the shame I've carried. I release the fear I've inherited. I release the trauma I've normalized. I break agreement with stress. I break agreement with self hatred. I break agreement with false responsibility. I forgive myself. I forgive my body. I forgive those who harmed me. I forgive those who didn't protect me. I forgive those who abandon me. Jesus, I give you access to every cell, every bone, every organ, every memory, every tear I've never cried, every emotion I've stuck I've stuffed deep down on the inside, every scream I silenced. I invite you into the places I've avoided. I say, light come, truth come. I. Peace come now, take a deep breath. Inhale through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth. Now hear this, you are not your diagnosis, you are not your dysfunction, you are not your trauma, you are not your survival state. You are not your symptoms. You are a son. You are a daughter. You are whole, you are filled with glory, you are safe, you are known, you are seen. You are designed for wholeness. Romans, chapter eight, verse 11, declares, if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He will give life to your mortal body, that includes yours, your actual body. Right now. Now I want you to use the gift of a sanctified imagination. I want you to picture this with me. You're walking in Eden. You're barefoot on holy ground. The breeze is light, the sun is warm, there is no pain, no striving, no pressure. Jesus is walking towards you, not with a clipboard, but with a smile. He's not evaluating you. He's enjoying you. He walks up and places his hand on his shoulder, on your shoulder, and says, Welcome home. You don't have to carry this anymore. I want you to let that picture sink into your bones, because it's actually going to rewire your cells. Because guys, you are not in a rush. Today, you are entering into renewal. Now I want you to say this with me. My body remembers Eden, my spirit remembers union. My soul remembers peace, and I will walk forward, not in trauma but in truth, not in burnout, but in blessing, not in pressure, but in presence. I am whole. I am healed. I am home. Now take another deep breath. I want you to be still, and I want you to let the presence of God rest on you.
